First Blog about myself and what i love to do most.

Wow i cant believe I'm doing this its all very new to me so you will have to bear with me for a short while.

Well first of all I'm Vegan and have been for the past 2 years now. I love animals so why would i want to harm them in any way. I was introduced to the Vegan lifestyle by my amazing Fiance. Its been hard at times as there are also lots of foods I'm not aloud due to my Menieres Disease, but i think we've got there now.

Secondly we love to travel all over the U.K, the past year we have been to some amazing places, and yes even found some vegan places to eat too :)
We tend to stay in hostels as our budget isn't that big but staying in hostels makes the trips all the more exciting, and we have met some amazing people along the way.

That's all for now, i hope you enjoy my posts and enjoy the journey with me.

Peace and Love VB80

Blackpool over new year

Having only ever passed through Blackpool once im my life we decided to spend our New Year there. We traveled up from London to Blackpool by Coach. We chose National Express for this journey as we knew it was a very long drive and we know that their coaches are very comfortable for long distances. So we caught the 8am coach which got us to Blackpool at 2:30pm. The journey itself was uneventful and there was minimal traffic on the roads so we weren't held up and arrived when stated :) When we arrived the sun was shining but there was a chill breeze, was to be expected as we were at the seaside in December. We decided to hunt down somewhere to get some food and we managed to find a Holland and Barrett, it was well hidden though on a side street. We also located a massive Sainsburys and a Co-Op so we did managed to get some bits and pieces to eat while in Blackpool. Just outside the Co-Op there was an amazing street music and light show going on (they even played my Fia...

Summer Festivals of 2017

For Me the summer isn't complete without a festival or two. Here's what we got up to in 2017 and all the amazing vegan places we found to eat. The first festival of the year and one of my favorites is Glastonbury which was at the end of June. Unlike 2016 with all the mud, Glasto' 2017 was a heatwave. It was so nice to be able to get around without getting stuck and worn out. There is so much to see and do at Glastonbury from bands, poets, acrobats and there is even a kids field filled with lots for them to do. There are also a lot of food stalls around with some offering vegan options, but there are some completely vegan caterers which made life so much easier. These include: Veggies of Nottingham Vegan Pyramid Club Mexicana Happi Maki The Fritter Shack (vegan options) Labonne Crepe (vegan options) No Bones Jones (vegan Options) Pan De Mania Wood Fired Pizza (vegan options) Gandhi's Flip-Flop (vegan Options) Goodness Gracious (vegan opti...

Valentines Break in Brighton

We love Brighton and have visited a few times now. We decided to spend a couple of days here for a Valentines break. We decided to stay at Hostelpoint which is about a minute from the coach station. its a nice hostel beds are comfy and its warm and dry. The view from our dorm was amazing with beautiful sea views. After arriving in Brighton we decided to go for some food and headed for The Hope and Ruin which houses the vegan caterers Beelzebab. We opted for Seitan Meat and Chips with Chilli sauce. OMG it tasted amazing and i would defo recommend trying this meal out for yourselves. The Hope and Ruin was a unique pub with lots of unusual items around the place, like a piano coming down their stairs. Valentines morning we woke up and the sun was shining. we opened our cards and presents at the hostel. Its such a lovely feeling giving and  receiving gifts from the person you plan on spending the rest of you life with. We then took a short walk to an arcade ...
